We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.  A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained by REtool customer service before sending your order back.  Please contact us at [email protected]  All returns are accepted within 1 week (5 business day) of delivery with a Return Goods Authorization. Returned items must be new, in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. We will refund you the purchase price of your items less shipping expenses incurred and a 15% restocking fee.   Your refund will be processed on your original payment form or, where applicable, be provided as an account credit. 

All custom tools are non-eligible for return.  These are designed to order and signature-approval required by each customer.  Retention Knobs / Pull Studs are non-returnable items due to their nature being used as a stressed component.  At no time will REtool be liable for any expenses incurred due to machine downtime, incorrect fitment, or other conditions which are out of our control.
