In the event that the delivery carrier does not deliver your order on time or loses your order, REtool will help out in any way possible with that carrier, but cannot be held accountable for that loss. All orders will ship with the condition of FOB Ship Point and REtool releases liability for these deliveries as the buyer takes delivery of these products upon leaving our dock.

If your package is damaged during transit please do not refuse the delivery. Make certain to inform the delivery agent that the package appears to be damaged and a claim may need to be filed. If there are items found to be damaged or missing please contact our sales department for instruction on how to proceed.
